I frequently find odd "mistakes" in Wikipedia, the most trusted site for information in the world. Some of those mistakes can be very funny such as this one:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ahmed_Hossam

So I here's a thread (that will probably fail) to post some funny finds on Wikipedia.
And yes, I'm sure there is not thread like this already.

Wheres the mistake?
Live as a man. Die as a man. Become a man.

That's the proof of your incompetence, right there.
You lack the qualifications to exercise free will.

I find it hard to believe that Wikipedia is 'the most trusted site for information in the world'. Seeing as anybody in the world can write/edit an article on anything, i think you always have to take info from there with a pinch of salt. Although stuff like that is funny.

Hahaha, me and my friend made Wikipedia pages on ourselves in web design class.

That was taken down within an hour or so for being "nonsensical" haha.

EDIT: Yeah, we do that for fun also. We included ourselves as creators of Windows Vista... That actually lasted til like 9 PM that night.

I wouldn't trust Wikipedia for anything political, economic, or historical...or controversial in any way. I certainly wouldn't use it as a source, but a lot of the the less subjective articles are written by people who actually know what they're talking about (though the page for the Red Bellied Black Snake did refer to it as "poisonous" before I changed it"
Someones knowledge of guitar companies spelling determines what amps you can own. Really smart people can own things like Framus because they sound like they might be spelled with a "y" but they aren't.

I was once reading some article about someone who was in a band called "The Juice," and it was made to link to another article (about the band, I assumed) so I clicked on it, and was redirected to O.J. Simpson because that's his nickname.

I doubt people have fought holy wars and killed millions of people in the name of the Beatles, either. So, yeah, Jesus probably was bigger than them.

Wikipedia is trusted to be fair, Yes it can be edited by any one, but things that are wrong are taken down, and the user banned, so its not rly worth being an annoyance to the website. Google is probably a more trusted site for finding out truthful information :P

I was on wikipedia and it said on the Trivium arltcle, 'Trivium are a musical joke from Orlando, Florida'. That made me LOL. The best mistake, however is when it said that all Icp fans have no teeth and are inbred rednecks. That was the best.

The most famous pyramids are the Egyptian pyramids — huge structures built of brick or stone, some of which are among the largest man-made constructions That where hand built by Daniel Moreton, also known on UG as eldanny who at this very moment in time is struggling to learn sweep picking on his Epiphone Flamekat.

LOL, Let's see how long it takes for them to fix it
