ive always wanted to write a song like Tenacious D so i did.
Here it goes

So it all started out
When i went to the crossrads
And the devil popped out
And asked me to tea and crumpets

So we went down to england
and he discussed with me
how to become a god
of guitar

He said to me your soul
is a small price to pay
to be able to play
better than hedrix clapton and page

So i left pondering
What we had discussed
When i head Jimi say
Dont sell your soul

So with thoes words
from a god
I Tenaciously
Denied the devil

With that satan
Got a distrbing look
and screamed
I chalenge you to a duel of guitars

So i said yes
and let
my les paul
tell me what to do

*Guitar Deul*

With a silver beam
Of light
And a crackle or two
The devil was finally through

so if you want to write a song LIKE the D, then why don't you not completely take the skeleton of Tribute and write your own damn song?

I took the liberty of correcting a few mistakes on the spelling. It's not bad, but how about throwing in some kind of reason why Hendrix told you not to sell your soul or something like that? And some more meat on it wouldn't hurt.

By the way, if you feel like it, crit the lyric in the second link of my siggie.

Dont sell your soul

Cause without your soul
you cant be a true master
cause without your soul
how are you supposed to play
