I've been lately into playing alot of acoustic guitar. I really like playing songs like broken, Time of Your Life, Kryptonite, She Hates Me, and some other songs like these.

What are some other really cool sounding songs, preferably not fingerpicked btw. thaks for the help

Del Amitri - "Driving With the Brakes On"
Del Amitri - "Nothing Ever Happens"
Elliot Smith - "Sweet Adeline"
Nick Drake - "River Man"
The Beatles - "Here Comes the Sun"
Modest Mouse - "Gravity Rides Everything"
Jeff Buckley - "Lover, You Should've Come Over"
Decemberists - "The Engine Driver"

Enjoy. Nick Drake is fingerpicked though, and I think the Beatles song is as well, don't quote me on that one though.

Whistle For The Choir - The Fratellis.

oh please

Most Nick Drake songs are tough - fast finger-picking. And he uses weird tunings.

I'd suggest Jack Johnson, Ben Harper, or Neil Young. Theres a great acoustic version of Cowgirl in the Sand on the CSNY live album Four Way Street - I think theres a tab on this site.
Pleased to meet you, hope you guess my name.

Their acoustic stuff rocks the shizzle.

Try some John Butler Trio stuff if you want to try some open tunings. Some of his songs are in standard or half step down though.

Another time I was watching lesbian porn and masterbating, when my mom walks in. Like, right as I climax. She's just standing there with her mouth wide open and I'm like "I was curious...go gay rights!" Fu.cking awkward...

Someone who listens to John Butler Trio wow. I'll second that, and a good song thats not to hard is What You Want only thing is its in an open tuning. Other then that Nick Drake is great, Elliot Smith, some Modest Mouse maybe.....

"Spiral Architect" by Black Sabbath has a cool acoustic intro, and the rest of the song could conceivably be played with an acoustic guitar as well.

EDIT: Try Mason Williams's classic acoustic piece "Classical Gas" if you think you're up to fingerpicking.
