Alright, so I've got shin splints and tendonitis (from volleyball), I had a Stressed Ligament but its getting better. I just wanted to make this thread so if anyone has any exercises or stretches to help recover. I heard icing your shins after working out every time helps heal shin splints, but it didnt' seem to do much for me. Any advice or other stresses/injuries are welcome. Just post.

Since you're an athlete, you can always use a vaporizer or bake brownies to avoid the whole lung-damage thing.
