The Vixen Utopia

Whispering is not a form of communication
Especially behind a fellow's back
That fellow gains paranoia
And forget's just where he's at.

His Confidence is drained
But love will never rest
Even if it hurts him
She knows she does it best

A Second Chance might just work
He doesn't want the same result
When he answer's all her question's
He realizes it's his fault

He says that change can work
And gives it all he's got
But it still don't mean a cent
He's down for the count

(Count to Ten)

It's kinda just a poem, not really a song. It reflects something that just happened between myself and a certain lady I know.

I liked it a lot, it reminded me of Mark Knopfler in a strange way. I also liked how it was written from personal experience, I mean obviously it sucks for you but it gives the song more depth :P
Just keep an eye on the syllable count and apart from that its all good! Nice job.

i like it, but the last line i dont like as much

His Confidence is drained
But love will never rest
Even if it hurts him
She knows she does it best
last line seemed only there to rhyme, which i didnt like

A Second Chance might just work
He doesn't want the same result
When he answer's all her question's
He realizes it's his fault
last line is a bit short, try making 'he realizes its all his fault" or all of his fault

He says that change can work
And gives it all he's got
But it still don't mean a cent
He's down for the count

(Count to Ten)
hm, i do like the counting to ten, seems to give the piece more of a edge

the simple rhyme scheme was a bit annyonig, everynow and then the rhymes were chessy, but not bad. i dont give u 2 thumbs up nor 2 thumbs down, i give you 2 thumbs sideways.

leave a short crit on 'heart frequency' if u could, in my sig
