I picked up my guitar around 4 months ago in the beginning of November. I finally bought it after getting over that hurdle of "It would be really cool, but it seems like everyone and their mother plays guitar and most of them suck at it". I'm having a blast with it and although I've recently started taking weekly lessons most of the stuff I know has been self tought.

There's one question I have. It seems that around now, most of the beginner tips and beginner manuals I've looked through are full of easy stuff I've already nearly mastered, but alot of the advanced tips and manuals I've seen are way too complicated for me. At the intermediate level I'm at, it seems like I'm sort of at a cockblock of learning. Any tips?
