Why are repeated threads such a bad thing. Whenever I make a thread - AFTER USING THE SEARCH BAR - people get mad if it even somehow resembles another topic. There's a lot of people on here, and though we are all different, people are going to think the same things frequently, just by probability. And even if the topic is exactly the same, when a new thread is made, doesnt it gain new ears and get fresher input? Hopefully I dont get in trouble for this, I just dont understand.

It's annoying when the same topic comes up again, and again, and again. If there is already a thread on a topic does it make sense to make another one which brings nothing new and uselessly fills up the server's database?
Dear God, do you actually answer prayers?

Yes, but only in a way indistinguishable from random luck or the result of your own efforts.
