So i play lots of metal and my so does my band. Well all we know is Metallica songs. Anybody got any sugestions besides Metallica.

Well, this will sound pretty boring, but I recommend all of you expanding your musical horizons into other genres - even ones you dislike now. You may not like everything you hear but you will likely learn some new things and will learn to incorporate it into your playing.

Try some more old school thrash like Dark Angel, Exodus, Testament, etc (although Testament doesn't always use E standard). Maiden, Judas Priest, and Motorhead might also work. Megadeth is obvious.
