when I bend my E string I sometimes touch the G string and when I pull away from it, it rings. Is there a way to prevent this from happening when your bending?

just pull on the g-string and hope it breaks

mute it with ur right palm...but how come u only have a problem with ur g string and not ur b string if it's in between?
