Hello to all the pit-goers out there. I have a quick question about something....

Does anyone out there know any ways to make a pulled muscle heal faster? If not that, then just things to keep it from getting worse would be great.

I already know about putting ice and heat on it, I was just wondering if anyone knew of something that might be more efficient. Thanks in advance.

slowly turn your head sideways, and tilt it up and down... emphasise on slowly.

try putting pressure on the front and back and sides of your head.

i have no idea if this will help but i know we use it to warm up necks before rugby. it also builds neck muscles
