Is there anything I can do help keep my guitar in tune when using my trem, aside from locking tuners? It's just a standard strat style bridge and I'm looking for things that I can do myself. Any help you can give me is greatly appericiated.

Good tuners, a graphite nut, a nice set up, setting the trem up so it's flush against the body.

A cheap "mod" would be to fill in your nut with a little bit pencil lead. That'll help your strings slide a little bit more and also help to prevent them from binding too much.
