DDR2 667 (PC 5300)

I could have gone to a higher form of PC, but this was a budget build (except the card), and It wouldn't have made oodles of difference anyway.

Custom Built

Windows Vista (For DX10)
Intel Core 2 Duo 3.0 Ghz (Overclocked)
4G DDR3 1375 RAM
720W PSU
2x nVidia 8500GT 512mb, (Overclocked to run at 1.3Ghz)-Direct X10
Water Cooling System, stolen from a Dell XPS
300G HDD
Creative X-Treme Gamer X-Fi sound card.

it's a beast, I play BF2142 with max settings and get between 50-60 FPS
I think it's the first computer I've seen that can run Oblivion with max settings too.

Apple Macintosh
Processor - 1.83GHz Intel Core Duo
Memory - 512MB 667MHz DDR2 SDRAM (seriously needs upgrading!!)
Hard Disk - 60GB (too little space!) + 80GB external Hard Drive
Graphics - Intel Chipset ****e.... Mac's are not built for gaming anyway!
Sound Card - some crappy soundcard but i use my M-Audio FW Solo Audio Interfece which is pretty good...

Overall My mac is a piece of ****!!! I hate it a lot!!

I've got 3 more laptops at home (2 of which are pretty damn descent).. but only this crappy mac is mine... so this is one i use...

It is soooo much cheaper and better to build yourself, that cost me £800 and if i bought an equivalent off dell it would have been £1000+. Its also quite fun and you will learn loads about pc's in the process.
