Im thinking about getting a used Xbox 360 soon with a little bit of extra pocket money and some bday money. Im not really that hardcore of a gamer, so im not looking to buy one new. Im looking at eBay and some of these Xboxs are going for like $150 which leads me to believe that some have to be fraud. My question is, how long is too low before you actually know that your getting ripped off. Also, if I would buy one and it were to be broken, and they didnt say anything about it, do i get a refund from ebay?

Thanks

Some people can sell them cheap because they use those "refer friends" things to get them free, so whatever it sells for is profit, they don't need to sell it for loads.
