im a beginer when it comes to playing lead..

but yes, i generally try to keep my lead in the beat.. i mean, you can be a lil tricky with what you fit into that tempo, but if you play outta of the beat to far, it wont sound too good.

i never really think about it, i just play....in time i might add. never really had a problem with being out of time or playing at the right tempo.

If you're soloing, you should be able to feel the beat without really thinking about it.

I too, do not understand the question.

The 'beat' determines the tempo , generally.
Don't tell me what can not be done

Don't tell me what can be done, either.

I love you all no matter what.

Oh, I get it now! You mean to ask if you solo based on the rhythm of the backing parts.

The answer is no, but yes. It's no because you can do whatever you want (for the most part) when you solo, yes because what you play should have something to do with the backing parts.
