Hello all,
I have a question. My old guitar is made by The Heritage(thats what it says on the headstock) and it has a bridge for a whammy bar, locking tuners and one humbucker. This was bought for $800 and i was wondering wut u guys would think i could get for it. Im sorry i can be a little more specific but i dont know much about this guitar. Ill try and find some pictures of it.

EDIT: http://viewmorepics.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=user.viewPicture&friendID=92042923 ...the green one is the one im talking about...that is my guitar, the other one is my newer one

You need to log in to myspace.

Don't think that's in production any more.

Is that a good or a bad thing? I believe this was made in 1987

Well, there's a chance that it could be considered a collectors item or a rare vintage guitar. In which case it will have added value.
But unless you can get more details on the model name, origin etc. theres no way to be sure.

Ok thanks dude...hmm know any way i can find out the model?

Does the bridge say kahler on it or is does it say nothing? Generally original kahler bridges go for around $150 on ebay.

Well seeing that it is made in the US, Mahogany body, rosewood neck w/ mother of pearl inlays, original kahler flying bridge, single Heritage humbucker (heard they're really nice in tonal qualities), Made in the Kalamazoo factory by Gibson luthiers, and a Variable Phase (wow, didnt know they had those back then), Its really hard to say, but i want to say around $400-$600, But it could be $965898692.56, your guess is as good as mine.
