Not sure what you mean ...but try this: from the main menu "Image" -> "Adjustment" -> "Hue/Saturation" .....check the "Colorize" check box.....now you just play with the slideres at your taste
How would you like to be an egg? You only get laid once. It takes 4 minutes to get hard, 2 minutes to get soft. You share your box with 9 other guys. But worst of all: the only chick that ever sat on your face was your mother. So cheer up...

Taken from Wikipedia:

Feces can be black if dried blood is present in them from a bleed. More active bleeding can lead feces to be red in color, signaling a need for medical attention.

In children with certain illnesses, feces can be blue or green. Eating green or leafy food can turn feces green. Babies when digesting solid food for the first time also produce feces which tends to be green and of unusual consistency because of the presence of cells discarded during development of the digestive tract.

Food with large amounts of food color can cause feces to be colored.

Hope that answers your first question.

1) Make a new layer

2) you should be able to select the badge by going to that layer and with the magic wand tool click on the black background, then press shift + ctrl + I. You should have badge selected now.

3) Go to the new layer with the selection still there, then select > modify > contract about 5 pixels

4) Fill it with any colur

5) You can get to those menus by double-clicking to the far right of the layer
