could anyone tell me that if i change out my 500k pots to 250k pots would it bring the treble down on a duncan JB

changing the pots will mainly affect the "power" you get out of your pickup.

M advice is to turn down the treble on your amp or on your tone poti =)

250k pots are warmer sounding, that's why you usually find 500k pots on humbucker guitars - they let more treble through.

Yeah it will, my JB is in a shitty srat copy with 250k pots and is quite dark in tone.
