Look now,my heart lay
pulsing at half measure,steadily.
Waiting for yours to pick up beat
and let our hearts ring
into the same frequency,
and so others hear them play.
When all it really is,
is the sound of our thoughts,
evolving
simultaneously.

"Fools"

The President in his big White House
"Listen" he says "we're coming down"
Infiltration-we're numbing your minds
Concentration- another time

I want toy tin soldiers that can push and shove
I want gunboy rovers that'll wreck this club
I'll build you up and crash it all over your head
We'll run it my way cold men and politics dead

Over there the Queen she says
Let's stamp them out and dry those tears
Saturation-we want in taxes
Flagellation-we've got gashes

I'll get silver guns to drip old blood
Let's give this established joke a shove
We're gonna wreak havoc on the rancid mill
I'm searching for something worth being killed

Untitled

Hiding emotions, falling asleep
All the fears in life you need
Drifting thoughts like pouring rain
People kind of feeling strange
Still how we feel
Adds fuel to the flame
Whispering desires breaking the chains
These doors that we built
Lock away how we feel

Lock these doors
Cure all your cancers
Behind these holes
Lay our answers
The doors ,yeah these doors
Have all Deciphers, from our souls

Storming oceans, calming winds
Piece of mind where you have been
Fearless heart with forgotten pain
Love and hate trying to exchange
Rolling tears with broken faith
Still we hide to plot our lines
Question crimes, Just To be fine
These doors that we built
Lock away how we feel
Filth, pure filth... That's what you are.

I like the first one best.

...Do you like want me to crit these? Or is it just for you to figure out which poem is better?

These are 3 seperate poems by 3 different writers, just read and say a tiny bit about each, and why you voted for the one you did. Thats all man.

you know shoes are a very serious matter.
Hitler couldn't have invaded Poland without shoes. Yeah you think about that!

red seemed to be trying too hard, blue had a cliche topic and green had that awkward wording to force flow issue.

Blue. just.

red... blue was close second because it as the most original... in green the wording was decent but it lacked originality... but red carried more weight.

well one of the piece is not a poem. it's a song .but i guess it's the writer's fault he should have mentioned that to you.

Red just doesn't work for me, and I don't care for the political theme of blue, so I'm going with green.
