I'm not dissing wooten, I don't even play bass guitar but I agree how amazing he is, but why is the amazing grace harmonics thing so cool? it doesnt seem that hard to me. I've never played a bass though so I don't really know.

its not crazy amazing, its just that to get the harmonics at certain parts is hard, at least for me

I know Ive listened to some of his music I just dont get why the amazing grace harmonics thing is that difficult besides what bass cat said.

It's not necesarily the technique that makes it so good, it's just that some of those harmonics are quite hard to hit so consistently, and he nails them every time, try learning to play it and you'll see what i mean.
