on that part i can't really find a way to get the chord transaction fast enough, just wondering how all of you would do it.

It's just arppegiating.

put your index finger on the 10th fret, your middle on the 11th fret and your ring on the 13th fret. Now just try to do up and down strokes while picking and just practice it out!

Get a metronome and just keep practicing, you'll eventually get it!

When you want to post a tab, write it out in notepad, copy and paste it here, and wrap it in
 and
tags which turns everything into a font where every character takes up the same amount of space, which is useful for tabbing .

What chord change are you talking about?

It looks like pretty much the same thing 3 times to me.
