alright i'm making on of these http://homepage.ntlworld.com/s.castledine/greenfuz/ms2.html and all the stuff is different symbols to what i use in school , im doing year 10 eletronics now , so if someone could tell me what all the symbols are that would be great.

all i know off there is the squiggly lines are the resistors

Whatever on earth are they teaching you? Those schematic symbols are about as standard as they get.

Those symbols are easy to understand...just basic components....and the big rectangle thing with letters and numbers in it is an IC type whatever the numbers are....
