Well, I was sitting listening to J. Henderson's "Four" and thought of what a great player he was and such. So here this thread is. In all of his similarities to John Coltrane I find him to be an incredible player, especially in the use of sequences. He's had so many albums that I would consider desert island picks like, "So Near So Far", "Joe Henderson in Japan", "Inner Urge", "In n' Out", and of course "Four".

So go ahead discuss one of the best sax men to play the instrument.

I'll try and make it a little different this time by asking, favorite solo J. Henderson did?
