I revised my version of knocking on heavens door, and concentrated more upon rhythm and added distortion, and put in the first solo, i just improvised over the 2nd solo of the song, lemme know what you think

hehe now you added too much distortion! even in the intro
its sounds better dude, but if you had also play'd the clean parts
with distortion it was sounds much better,
but still good job

Ya. im still working to find that "perfect" tone which you grabbed lol, but im also playing on a strat not a les paul

but mainly hows the rhythm casue thats what i was looking to, and i learned the solo yesterday night just to throw it in there

yes i heard that its not a les paul tone
but i think that you can get a good tone with the strat too

ya, im gonna work on it some... but im also working on Little Wing by Hendrix too, so... it'll take a little time lol

and the solo was just a quick learn, not as good as yours i dont think, but it wasn't too shabby
