So, as i was browsing through my music earlier today, listening to some of The Format, Richard Ashcroft and other assorted bands. I stumbled upon an old Feeder song that i hadn't listened to in years.

After listening to it and reminiscing over the old days of sitting infront of the Tv, drinking coke and watching music videos in the heat of summer, i persued this video on You Tube. As i started watching, i realised, this is what music in my opinion, is about, touching your fans, and getting them to rock along to your songs. So for you that haven't seen the wonders of Feeder's Video for Just a Day. Here it is. My favourite Music Video ever.

Discuss and share, what's your favourite music video?

Shady Lane by Pavement.

Just so abstract and weird, it embodies both Pavement, and the relationship that a song should have to its music video.
When crying don't help
You can't compose yourself
It's best to compose a poem
An honest verse of longing
Or a simple song of hope...

Why has no one said Blur - Coffee & TV yet? That is probably the best one.

The second best one is Simian Mobile Disco - Hustler, because its hot girls making out around a circle.

I watched that earlier actually. I <3 Daft Punk.

EDIT: Actually, even though it looks like a normal dance/techno video. It's actually a really well worked out and timed dance routine. Each group of dancers represent a different instrument or channel on the synthesizer. Just watch the tall people walk down the stairs to the beat of the bass guitar at the start of the video.

EDIT2:The tall people are the bass. The mummies represent the Drums, and the Women represent the little melody bit. The Robots are the Vocals. Just watch.
I'm not sure what the Skeletons are.

The one with the Milk Carton. That's all people remember it for, but it was a cute carton.
