Ive recently been using Elixer Nanoweb 12-52s with a wounded 'g' string. then i played my Cort guitar that still has the stock D'Addario 10s on it. I loved my Elixers but after playing on my Cort for so long, i dont think i like the 12-52s anymore. theyre just so big to me now. So i was wondering if i could find a set of strings that are gauges about 10-48 and that have a wounded g string. i play in drop c a lot and mostly play atreyu and b4mv, stuff like that.

No. Maybe if you go for GHS custom gauge strings. And for playing in drop C... You really need 12's to do that.

first off - It's wound. Not wounded, that means injured, like getting wounded in Iraq. Unless your g-string comes wounded, like cut and rusty and everything.

For playing in Drop C I recommend at least 11s but I don't believe Elixir has any 10-48s with a wound G. You might have to buy several packages and mix and match, and then send me the leftovers. Because Elixirs rock.
Yeah Dimebag is not the "Greatest Guitarist" of all time... Hendrix maybe... I must go get food to eat with my mouth

$250 for an amp? wow. is it worth it to invest that much in the amp?

but i like the floppy feel of the 10s, so i figured 11s would still be slightly floppy, but a bit deeper sounding.
