Friday - Full Body Workout
Saturday - Rest

I just do a couple of push-ups and sit-ups every day. I'm thinking about starting to run and do pull-ups too. It's good enough for me.

i doubt anyone on here really works out.
i run alot, and try to do some weights when i feel like it.

I get to the gym 3 or 4 times a week and try and do about 20 mins cardio and a full body workout.

ermm Joggin mainly, one armed pull ups, press ups. im naturally slightly toned anyway and im massive so yeah.

Friday - 1 hour swim/Ergs, Bikes, Upper Body, Legs

I alternate between running one day and gym session the next. Also i play quite a bit of football so that keeps me fit as well.

I do heavy lifting workouts 3X a week in the morning. It changes everytime, because its a program run at my school for athletes and stuff.

The workotus are very hard, but I am getting stronger and fitter.

How do you figure?
I myself, love working out.
It's something that i like to do.
Infact at school at lunch every day i work out too.
Not everything is revolved around guitar and other things.
I just like being strong and big.
Something to show for.
If you understand what i mean.
Besides the chicks love it.

i walk 2 miles to school and back mond to friday an occasionaly to the gym, but mostly cardio stuff, maybe twice a week. and to my shame ....hardcore dancing. Good exercise though...works up a good sweat. my heart rates around 75 though so its working well.

It's good to here lots of people are working out. Very good motivation, and it relieves stress.

Well, since you asked nicely.


Upon waking I do 20 sit ups and I try to do 20 push ups. I also do 100 jumping jacks (a very underrated exercise. They're good cardio if anything).

Sometime after I lunch I usually go for a 15 minute jog, then repeat the above before I go to bed.

So far, I'm not seeing results, even though I'm also dieting.
Poor advice.

I'm the pushup team captain for my (state champion) NJROTC unit, so I would say I am quite proficient in the pushup and tricep/chest area. Even though it is obvious from the fact that I am a team captain, it is worth noting that I am on the athletics team, and compete in the 100 yard relay at competitions as well.

I don't have time to have a scheduled workout, as my schedule is always changing and pulsing, but I do indeed get a good overall workout. A good upperbody stamina workout is rifle drill.

I do complete body work-out 2 times a week plus 25 minutes of cardio. PLus i jog everytime instead of walking. Since I usually have my school bag and/or guitar bag on, that is some real exercise.

Can you explain more in detail what exercises you do for each region?
Lately I've been doing stuff with dumbells, push-ups,sit-ups every evening. And I've recently installed a punching bag.
