Okay so I've read way too many threads trying to figure out what to do to clean my fretboard. I have a rosewood standard stratocaster. I decided to use light fluid + cloth? + toothbrush?; (I don't have access to any oils or whatever). My question is can someone explain the process on how exactly I do this. Do I put the fluid on the toothbrush and scrub away or what.

Apply lighter fluid to the cloth, lightly scrub in the direction of the grain to remove the grimes. You can apply the lighter fluid on the toothbrush too and scrub away. Its recommended that you get the oil 1st coz after the fluid vaporates, your fretboard would look dry.
