What are some good exercises that I can do (other than push-ups and sit-ups) that would build muscle on my upper body? Particularly the chest and stomach, Im not too worried about my arms.

get some weights do bench press, that will sort you out. also giving a punch bag a good beating for 20 mins 3-4 times a week will work wonders aswell.

The punching bag will work mainly your shoulders/deltoids. Pushups—elbows in, diamond, wide stance, regular. Pullups—wide grip, closed grip, regular, one armed.

Those are some things I do if I don't have time to go to the country club. I mainly do bench press, as well as various free weight exercises to build up my chest.

Hey guys! I just started playing electric guitar should I get a Gabson Lay Pall or a Femdor Startokaster. I like the picks on the gabsons but i like how sweet femdors look. Beforre i get a gabson what company makes them?

Good website:

http://www.exrx.net/Lists/Directory.html

Look under the exercises column, select body area, and it will give you exercises for free weights, no weights, machines, pulleys, and more. It will give you a list of target and synergist muscles, a description for the exercise, and an animation.

It really is a great resource, make sure you check out the rest of the site too.

And don't neglect the rest of your body, workout your whole body not just one bit of it.
