Not sure if thats how his names spelled, im not really into his music. but i did notice that his strat (or tele, cant remember) had scalloped frets. has anyone played a guitar with scalloped frets and what was it like? or why did Yngwie say he liked them better than regular frets? sorry for possible poor typing im recovering from the flu and im still kinda out of it.

i played one once and it was kind of like playing a guitar that has huge frets.

your fingers would pretty much not touching the fretboard at all, feels airy.

easier bends, easier vibrato, harder to play fast, bla bla, so overdone...

I never played one, but it seems that you have to press on the frets lighter, cause if you press too hard the note will probably bend out of tune
