Alright, I got a Fender FM 212R for X-mas, love the cleans, but the on-board distortion is terrible. So I need either a new distortion or overdrive pedal. So I currently have
- Epiphone Les Paul Custom
- Fender 212R
- Phase 90

I was thinking about getting either a
- Line 6 Uber Metal
or
- MXR Zakk Wylde Overdrive

I play rock, modern, punk, classic, a lil' hard rock. Which should I get or should I get something else, please help guys.

Thanx a bunch

PS: have a kick-ass spring break everyone

I have a VERY similair setup, go with the Boss Ds-1 distortion pedal. It will play all those genres and more, and can give you tons of sounds for only $40!!

The Electro Harmonix Metal Muff is an awesome distortion pedal and i don't think it's too expensive.
