when tuning my guitar i have the korg electric tuner what am i doing it has all these hz example 440hz wat do i do

You set it to 440 Hz and start tuning like usual. Don't change the frequency because it will logically have an impact on you tuning. 440 Hz is standard.

Only times you should ever need to change the frequency are if you're playing with an orchestra, as they tune to 444 give or take a couple of Hz; or if you want to tune down a quarter step, set it to 427.

Yeah I asked this same question last night, unfortunatley for me I had mine set on 480 and went through a few sets of strings before anybody told me what I was doing wrong...
