You might recognize it as being one of the chords in the chorus to "Plug In Baby" by Muse... I'm not sure about fingering etc. please help!

i would use middle and ring for the 3rd frets
pinky for the 4th
and use the thumb for the 2nd fret

if you dotn like using your thumb you can use your pointer finger in place of the thumb

just kinda do whatever feels comfortable

As he says ^^ expect i think pointer finger is more comfortable than thumb.

Go to your staff paper and re-write this song a half step down so on the paper it'll be like you have a "C" just move it down to a "B#"

Know your theory, then play like you don't.

Actually I find it easier with my thumb but I can't switch from the chord before it to that one...
Any equivalents to that chord?

you could just try the F# barre chord:

|--2--
|--2--
|--3--
|--4--
|--4--
|--2--

Not the same chord, but does the job

yea i would use the middle and ring for the notes on the 3rd frets and the pinky on the 4th. id either use my thumb or index for the root 2.
