I just got this new Korg tuner and it has a function that says calibration but I'm not sure exactly what is does or how to use it. I could use some help.
Set it to 440 if you want to actually *really* be in tune.

It just let's you change what is "in tune" - like if you are in a big band and there is an instrument that is difficult to tune quickly (like a piano) then you'd set the tuner to a different calibration so that everybody can tune with the piano.

^I'd let a pro look at it. Once you get into the technicalities of screws...well, it's just a place you don't want to be, friend.
