I couldn't be sure, but I think it looks nice.

Probably has the same pros and cons as a regular vintage trem does.

keep it hard-tail.
i dig hard-tailed guitars.
thats why i blocked my tremolo on my Strat.
just my opinion

But I need a Tremolo for all the stuff I play

A vintage tremolo or double locking?

Yo wassup, I'm trying to expand my musical horizons if you know what I mean, so can anybody reccomend me some cool Juggalo jazz?

Dunno.

Whats better for playing Steve Vai, Joe Satriani, and even Motley Crue

A trem like that won't help at all for that.

you would need a floyd rose tremolo, which would be horrible in a LP. Your best bet is to save for a guitar with one, it would cost $400 to install and buy (a nice one) in your LP.

And with a little more than $400 you could buy a guitar equipped with a good floyd rose tremolo.

As long as its die-cast iron/steel, it'll be fine. Tromolos like that arent routed through the guitar, so there isn't really a mechanical essance to worry about. The only reason it'd be bad is that if it didn't even work, but by looking at the site, i'm sure it works.

I think that's definitely the best bet. I'd not get a Jem 555, heard nothing but bad things about them. Either go for a high end Jem or just get a nice Ibanez with an OFR in it.

JEM7VH's are so beautiful.

once I get my new head, I am either getting one or a UV777

EDIT: Don't get a JEM555 though. You are better off with another guitar at that price.

One word....actually 4..

Kahler Stud Mounted Tremolo.

He wants to play Vai and Satch, though. I thought you couldn't pull up on those. Almost all of their whammy work involves squeals from pulling up.

I wouldn't expect that trem to stay in tune at all. I'd check into a Burny RLC70S on Ebay or here:

http://orangeguitar.com/forsale/burnyforsale.htm

I've ditched my Gibsons since discovering these guitars, I ordered two online and both are just flawless, wonderfully-playing and sounding LP Custom copies. The Floyd is very similar to an Original but the way it's designed, it's not routed deep into the body, so it doesn't adversely affect the tone or sustain. Mmmm, I LOVE these suckers:

PRS Dave Navarro signature/Burny RLC-70 - Sonuus Wahoo wah/filter - Vox ToneLabLE - Boss DD-5 - Zoom MS-50G - Modded Ampeg VT-22 100-watt tube head or Peavey VK100 100-watt tube head (6L6GC's in both) - Soldano 4X12 cab w/Eminence Legends.
