I have to run about 6-10 miles a day for track. On the six mile days we do sprints. Then once track is over we start training for cross country. We work all summer and then finish the season in october. Two week break then its back to training again. Fuck running.

i was running like 30 - 40 miles a week in cc but i cant get back into now during track and our long distance coach works more on sprints....confusing eh? oh well...its only my college scholarship we are talking about.....

agreed .... one morning during cc i was on a 3.2 mile run at about 5:30 and there were shooting stars on the beginning of the run....it was awesome

I do half marathons. But yea it depends on what time of year it is. In the summer I do way more, because its the off season and i just do a whole heap of long runs, whereas in the winter we do heaps of speed stuff and hills.
This one time I went to fuck my girlfriend, but I forgot it was April Fool's day. Well, I stuck my penis in, and it turns out she had put hot sauce in her pussy. The rest of the night was pretty bad.

ya...im suppose to be on a track team this summer and have a coach and all if im home....i want to but then again......i dono.....thats alot of crap id be doing....but im thinking of trying to get into some smaller colleges...but if i tell a summer coach that ill be running like 60 miles a week easily....

I don't want to even hear the word run. We had to do various things with this for football like jumping over them, crawling across them, then we did 15 burpies while jogging around a field, then we ran 6 basketball courts, had to climb up a wall, bear crawl down some stairs, bear crawl up the next stairs backwards, and then run back to those wooden things I linked and do it all 2 more times. I have no idea how far its is, but damn that was hard

EDITL This was our "light" aerobic workout. We had to run this after lifting for about a hour and thirty minutes.

we usually run 3-4 miles every monday and friday, and do a sport wednesday/satuurday, i used to try to get 3 miles on a treadmill on the days that i didn't already run. we had occasional longer runs also though, special runs on weekends, usually just a 5k, we had an 8 miler not too long back though. (i am deplyed military). i currently have something wrong with my ankle though since i havn't been running. tendonitis i guess (i am a bigger guy). i liked to run though, and stay in shape, as soon as my foot heals i will pick it back up. my 2 mile was about 13:38 and 3 mile i think was around 23:00, slacked a lil on 2 milers i also weigh about 220

I usually go to University and come back, so I walk till the bus station. Same thing when I go out with someone. But I do enjoy walking, so some days I go and walk for hours.

But yeah, mostly it's between 0-2. And I never run. Unless I am forced to. xD

i quit cross country after a year. at least 6 miles a day, best shape of my life, absolutely hated it lol. i always thought i had better things to do....i don't....and yeah its great running really early in the morning..but it SUCKS getting up that early...think i got like 19 for 3 miles

i walk pretty much everywhere thats within three miles of my house, because i dont have a car and live close enough to pretty much everything i need so i would walk even if i did.

I run anywhere from 4-8 miles monday-thursday, take a break Friday (maybe do a little cross training on a bike if i feel like going to the gym that day, then saturday get in my long run which is anywhere from 12-18 miles, depending on how I feel once I've hit that 12th mile. The only glitch in that training is when I do x-c in the fall and i'm just doing whatever training our coach has us do. People often think I'm wierd cuz i hate short distance stuff, I'd rather run a marathon than sprint 100 meters lol.
