Lets say i have a F#min, D, A, Bsus progression
the Bsus is played like this so i don't know if its sus or sus2
---2---
---2---
---4---
---4---
---2---
---2---

anyways that really doesnt matter, what i really want to know is how to put 'sus' chords into a progression?

Suspended chords are neither major or minor. That chord would be Bsus2/F#, which contains 1, 2, 5 degrees. In a suspended chord, the 3rd is replaced by either the 2nd or 4th, giving sus2 and sus4 respectively.

How to use it? However you want, I use it for an airy feeling, and sometimes to go, say, Dsus2 | Dm | Csus4 | C.
