For a bluesy/ jazzy sound, with the ability to have some bite and crunch for a bit of rock, but nothing heavy or anything.

Seymour Duncan Alnico II Pro in neck/ Pearly Gates in bridge..
Alnico II Pro in neck/ and those 59 ones in the bridge?

Pearly Gates/Alnico Pro is the better bet.

Pearly Gates is an overwound vintage pickup, the 59 is a standard-wound vintage type, so if you want a little more crunch and snarl from the bridge you want the Pearly Gates.
