I really need to practice my finger picking. I can play "nothing else matters" decently, but I dont know where to go from here. I like almost all kinds of music, so thats not a problem. Just a suggestion of a song or an artist I should look inte would be great.

Thanks in advance.

Bright Eyes, but that might be a specific taste of music.

Learn Blackbird by the Beatles. It's a beautiful song, and sounds pretty impressive.

Well, why do you want to learn to fingerpick?

It isnt really an essential part of guitar playing, and usually if you want to learn you have specific songs in mind that you want to try.

But anyway, folk and country music in general has a lot of fingerpicking. Classical music also.

Fly to the Angels by Slaughter

Not necessarily fingerpicking, but if you keep doing the intro, you'll get better and better, and its really easy to do.
