Get a pedal, tank, unit, plate, etc.

I guess the Fender Reverb unit might be a good option.

you go to your local shop and say these exact words:

"Yes I would like to buy an Electro-Harmonix Holy Grail."

If reverb's very important to you, then you should look for an amp that has it built in, IMHO.
You Don't Need a halfstack.

You Don't Need 100W.

Electro Harmonix Holy Grail is the best reverb pedal ive ever used.
EDIT: To the person above me the Holy Grail actually sounds than most built in reverb units unless of course its real springs in the amp but those are hard to find.

Get a reverb pedal with a reverb plate in it, my mates got one and sounds great.

My amp has tube-driven genuine spring reverb, because reverb's important to me.

If I was looking at a high end amp (as the thread starter suggests), I'd be looking for one with top notch reverb.

That must be one hell of a pedal...

Hmm, maybe I was wrong.....VERY wrong, it's got something that the reverb units use...

Did you mean spring reverb, or a plate simulation?
