Skwee-err

or

Skwye-err

I think it's Skwee-err because if it was "Skwye-err" it would be spelt Squire...

Yeah, what about Ibanez, I heard people pronouncing it Eye-bin-naz and some Eb-in-neze

アイバニーズ
It's pronounced Eye-bah-neez according to the Japanese word.

I pronounce Squier like the word "squire."

I don't know how you would mispronounce it.

Squire is a common word, hopefully you haven't been saying it incorrectly.

no, "squire" would be pronounced "skwyr", "squier" is pronounced "skwye-err".

I'll have to put the Classic T models on my to-try list. Shame the finish options there are Anachronism Gold, Nuclear Waste and Aged Clown, because in principle the plaintop is right up my alley.

Presumably because the CCF (Combined Corksniffing Forces) of MLP and Gibson forums would rise up against them, plunging the land into war.

I'd like to add to this thread the pronounciation of basswood.

It's Basssswood (like the fish) and it's not basewood (like an electric bass).

Just wanted to clear it up. I don't think i've ever heard another guitarist say it right.
