I'm building a cabinet for the amp i'm buying very soon. However, on of the things i'm confused about is, do I need front access to the speakers? I.e taking the grill off? To fasten the speakers on? Because, how would I tighten the nuts if I can't get to the front to stop the screw spinning?

If I do need front access, could somebody suggest how i make the cloth grill detatchable.

normally you don't use bolts/nuts to secure speakers to the baffle(front piece), you use screws from the back. Sometimes you need to slide the amplifier out to access the speaker screws. For a cabinet, it's even easier since there is no amp to worry about, Just screw the speakers in from the back

Preferably you should use metal-type screws with a T-nut:
