so these days, its getting significantly warmer here in Los Angeles...
is it normal if i feel like i need some adjustment in my guitar neck?
truss rod adjustment maybe? cuz im getting lots of fret buzz now...
i had almost none during the winter...

i have a MIM Fender Stratocaster,
i had problems with fret buzz on the 8th but only 8th fret.
now there's a lot in the lower 1st~3rd frets...

what can i do??
truss rod? which way and how much do i turn???
my saddles are high up there...
i haven't modded/altered the nut.

Well a truss rod adjustment isn't going to help that much with fret buzz. It doesn't raise the strings enough. But you should adjust it just because of the changing seasons. Get it checked out... i thought my guitar was screwed, but a music store clerk checked it out, told me what to do, and didn't charge me anything.
