I have squire strat and can't keep the tremolo to stay tuned. any suggestions on adjustments that would help this or is it just a junk system and I should get off my wallet and get a decent locking system.

yea my squier guitar is alright... i give mine a new paintjob (awful), but put tex mex pickups in it. sounds pretty good!

tuners however i use the wilkinson double lock thing... works a charm!

I have a squier aswell, looking to buy a new guitar for aroung £500 mark. Does anyone have any suggestions? I mainly play rock ect . Thanks.

Pretty normal for Squire's from what I have read, I have one and if I whammy a couple of times I loose tune.

I like the way the squire plays especially after I put it thru an RP-50 could anyone suggest a good tremolo system to put on it ie floyd rose or similar
