You all know what I'm talking about, the ones that are a nice blues walking bassline, usually playing with some bongos and somebody reading poetry. Know any good ones? Post em up. (I.E post the riff up with code tags around it.) Thanks in advance!
You're thinkign of a jazz bassline, not blues. It's the sort of thing you'd make up, probably by looking at a chord progression.

Arpeggios is all I can think of. Maybe play something that's in the mood of the poem? Like minor for a sad poem and so on.
I've done this before and just messed around with chromatic scales. It's much more an improv thing than a set format
