The screen on my iPod is broken, not cracked, but there are all colours from it and the screen is unreadable. I recently got an extended warranty, would I be able to get the iPod replaced? I already sent it to apple and they sent it back, but I only got the warranty a few days ago. It is accidental damage, so is there anyway at all that it could be replaced or fixed?

Any help would be appreciated, Thanks

the warranty doesn't cover accidental damage or cosmetic damage inflicted by the consumer. so you have to lie. lie your ass off.

just say, the shipping person dropped it from a high height and messed up the ipod a bit
