Hey,
I play mostly rock/metal/bluesy rock stuff and im looking to upgrade my pickups in my Carvin guitar. Its setup is H/S/S and has a floyd rose.

I was looking at the DiMarzio Chopper for the neck and the Seymour Duncan SH-11 Custom Custom for the bridge. What do you think about that? Or what about a DiMarzio Tone Zone in the bridge?

Also, does anyone ever use the middle pickup? What kind of stuff is it for??

OO a carvin man, could you post a pic of your guitar?
It seems like you are in the UK so how about some swineshead pickups. They seems pretty good and could fit your needs.
