I know that xml can be view through the internet browser. You tried deleting the 'xml' bit off the filename?

1. you need an XLS stylesheet.
2. thats not a song.

xml is a markup language similar to html, that's used to give structure to information in a platform-independant and standardized way. If you open that file in internet explorer, you'll see information within in an expandable tree structure. It can be used to hold text for websites, send news feeds to newsreader devices, store config settings, basically anything.
But it's definitely not a song, and anothing that's 0.3 kilobytes can't be a song. Average length songs are like 4 megabytes.

But Limewire comes up with irrelevant results all the time. It's becoming just as useless as Kazaa...

Then why does it say 'mp3' in the filename as well?

It opens with Internet explorer.

I expect you need an XLS stylesheet to go with it.

I think both of those have already been said though.
