Alright so i'm selling my JCM 900 cause i'll be moving into an apartment at the end of this summer and I looking for a less powerful replacement amp that can pretty much do it all. I've been looking into the Line 6 PODxt cause it's so versatile and easy to record with but i'm not sure if i need to get a PA or an amp to use it to make it sound the best it can. I was also drawn to the pod because of the headphone capability to keep me from bugging my roomates. I'm also open to other options but my criteria is that it needs to be some what quiet, pretty versatile(all rock, blues), doesn't have to be all tube.
