i just got a new set of ernie ball super slinky strings all sound great except the 6th string. my tuner reads it as in perfect tune but it buzzes like crazy. what the hell???

i should think. your action may be too low. if not your truss rods might need adjusting. i had the same problem once.

that just happens because when you hit a string it vibrates in a circle pattern and if your strings are low they will do this(having low strings is not a bad thing), and since it is the biggest string it will cover more area when it vibrates.

action is good, new guitar so i'm not sure if i switched gauges the strings i removed came on it. i can only hear it when i'm unplugged(my neighbor is a dick). guess i'll just practice plugged in(piss on the neighbors).
i'm probably just being paranoid
