hey guys, im getting a new amp soon and i have stumbled across these 2 which would be better for a Stevie Ray Vaughan tone/ Texas tone? and also what VOX would i get?

are you looking at vox valvetronix or the vox AC series? either way id get the fender, SRV used fender amps.

SRV i heard used fender vibrolux or sumtin.
i got a blues jr, little muddy, but i like it.
u can turn the bass down for that.
i played AC, but its a bit too loud to crank for the tone i dig.
thats the AC30 that i played... but yea.
good amp though. bit trebly in my opinion.

but everytime i hear it i like that classic tone.. but.. somethings jst missing..

Most of his distortion came from a tube screamer. Maybe that's it?

i prefer the fender, but try them out man.
